Today:

  • Illuvium announced a collaboration with G-SHOCK, launching a limited NFT collection featuring G-SHOCK-themed Illuvitars and accessories, available from December 9th to 22nd, with buyers of 20 or more D1SKs receiving an exclusive physical Illuvium x G-SHOCK watch.

  • Moonfrost's Alpha Release 5 introduces three new NPCs and a limited edition collectible for completing all tasks (usable in future releases). While still in Closed Alpha, anyone who signs up on the website before December 9, 2024, can play, with 1,000 new codes distributed on a first-come, first-served basis; codes must be activated within 72 hours to avoid being voided and redistributed.

Upcoming:

  • Pixels is launching its second Guild Wars season called "Spore Sports" from December 10, 2024, to March 4, 2025, offering $4 million in PIXEL token rewards for players who compete in mushroom cultivation, strategic sabotage, and leaderboard challenges, marking a significant increase from the previous season's $85,000 prize pool.

  • Shatterline's Season 1, starting December 11, 2024, introduces cash payouts and in-game rewards for leaderboard competitions, featuring weekly PvE and monthly PvP challenges with prizes including Gold, Legendary crates, and Engrams.

  • Xai, a Layer-3 gaming network, is launching Tiny Sentry Keys on December 13, a new NFT pass priced at 0.0143 ETH (approximately $55), which will provide holders access to rewards, airdrops, and perks across Xai's ecosystem, with over 12 top-tier games and ecosystem projects lined up for future airdrops to holders.

  • Kaidro $KDR is scheduled for a Token Generation Event (TGE) on December 18, 2024.

This past week:

  • RavenQuest, the GAM3 Awards' "Best Adventure Game" winner, launched Phase 3 on December 5, 2024, running until December 16, introducing global server connectivity, collaborative gameplay, enhanced NFT capabilities, and access to Immutable's Main Quest with up to 50 million in gem-based rewards, while also offering 11 million $QUEST tokens in a play-to-airdrop event.

In the game "Boss Fighters," Stadiums are exclusive, utility-focused assets that significantly enhance player engagement and economic interaction within the game's ecosystem. Designed for guild leaders, streamers, and dedicated players, these Stadiums offer a range of benefits and customization options.

Key Features of Stadiums:

  • Stadium Store: Owners gain access to a specialized marketplace where they can purchase exclusive in-game items at discounted rates using Fame Points. These items include Mystery Boxes, cosmetic collectibles, game resources, and more.

  • Gaming Show Features: Streamers can enhance their live content by allowing viewers to interact with the game in real-time. Depending on the Stadium's rarity, features may include dropping power-ups or debuffs into the arena, applying map-wide modifiers, and rewarding viewers with exclusive resources during live matches.

  • Customization Options: Owners can personalize their arenas with custom branding, banners, and color schemes, allowing for a unique identity within the game.

  • Guild Management Tools (Upcoming): Future updates plan to introduce features that enable co-ownership and management of Stadiums within communities, fostering collaborative gameplay and resource management.

Rarity and Availability:

Stadiums are available in six rarity levels: Legendary, Mythic, Exalted, Exotic, Transcendent, and Unique. Higher-tier Stadiums require more Game Shares to acquire and offer more significant benefits. With only 1,876 Stadiums available globally, ownership is both exclusive and prestigious within the "Boss Fighters" economy.

Acquisition:

To acquire a Stadium, players must use Game Shares, limited NFTs that play a foundational role in the game's economy. The number of Game Shares required varies with the Stadium's rarity, with rarer Stadiums demanding more shares. After the initial Stadium sale, Game Shares will no longer be available for direct purchase, adding to their exclusivity.

In summary, Stadiums in "Boss Fighters" are scarce, customizable assets that provide owners with unique opportunities to enhance gameplay, engage communities, and participate actively in the game's economy.
