  • Ubisoft announced the launch date for its first Web3 game, Champions Tactics: Grimoria Chronicles, set for October 23, 2024. The game will be built on Oasys blockchain.

  • Today The Game, an AI-powered web3 social simulation game, is scheduled to hold its free Mythic Seeds mint on October 17, 2024.

  • Sonic Labs (formerly Fantom) is launching an airdrop of 190,500,000 $S tokens, with users earning points through Sonic Arcade games and developers applying to the Sonic Boom bounty program.

  • Blade of God X is offering a $200,000 reward pool for its 3rd Playtest, with two-thirds allocated as liquidity rewards, including 120,000 $MNT, $50,000 worth of $TAIKO, an exclusive USDT reward pool.

How to Qualify for Sonic Labs (Formerly Fantom) Airdrop

To qualify for the Sonic Labs (formerly Fantom) airdrop, you can take the following steps:

Airdrop Details

Sonic Labs is planning to distribute 190,500,000 $S tokens as part of their airdrop. This airdrop aims to incentivize users of both the Fantom Opera network and the new Sonic chain.

Qualification Methods

Use the Sonic Arcade

You can start earning points for the airdrop by playing mini-games on the Sonic Arcade

Here's how:

  1. Go to arcade.soniclabs.com and connect your wallet (Rabby wallet is recommended, but MetaMask also works).

  2. Add the Sonic testnet to your wallet.

  3. Access the Sonic Arcade and play games like Plinko, Mines, and Wheel to earn points.

Provide Liquidity and Use dApps

You'll need to use decentralized applications on the Sonic chain. This typically requires around $500 in funds, which you can withdraw after the airdrop if needed.

Buy and Delegate Fantom Tokens

Purchase Fantom ($FTM) tokens and delegate them. However, be cautious as the price of $FTM may fluctuate.

Use the Fantom Multichain Bridge

If you've previously used the Fantom multichain bridge, you may be eligible for tokens.

Hold Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs)

Owning LSTs can make you eligible for the airdrop. For example, you may need to hold staked Fantom (sFTM) tokens from Beethoven.

Participate in Ecosystem Activities

The airdrop may reward users for various activities on Sonic, including:

  • Providing liquidity across Sonic apps

  • Staking or validating on Sonic

  • Holding liquid staked tokens

  • Deploying verified contracts with high gas consumption

Bridge Funds to Sonic

Users who have bridged funds to Sonic may be eligible for the airdrop.

Additional Information

  • The airdrop will use a unique linear decay mechanism and burn factor to encourage on-chain activity.

  • On the first day of the airdrop, 25% of a user's allocation will be liquid, while the remaining 75% will vest over 270 days as NFT positions.

  • Sonic is implementing measures to restrict participation from certain countries, including geoblocking and self-declaration requirements.
